I think it's good. I do notice that Zelda seems to have a larger nose than Shiek, and because of that they look like two different people.

Well, I ::do:: think that they are two different people, in a way. I go by manga canon, where Zelda's 'disguise' is magically created and her memories are sealed in order to create a new personality. Different body, different personality, that's what I usually call being different people.
The game doesn't contradict that, either...
